Overview
We know you're excited to get on the wall with your new sticky shoes, and weโre just as eager to get them to you. This article explains how pre-orders work and what you can expect after placing one.
How do I know if a climbing shoe is a pre-order?
Pre-ordered climbing shoes are clearly identified on our website in two ways:
The product will be marked as Pre-Order next to the price
The standard Add to Cart button will be replaced with a Pre-order Now button
We also provide estimated timing details in the product description whenever they are available, so you know when to start planning your next session. We will also attempt to keep a running tab below of new launch pre-orders.
When will my pre-ordered climbing shoes ship?
Pre-ordered climbing shoes are made to order by the manufacturer. As the Canadian distributor, we place production orders based on demand and ship the shoes out as soon as they land at our warehouse in Squamish.
Once your shoes arrive and head out the door:
You will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information
Your order status will move from Processing to Shipped in your portal
Production and shipping timelines can vary, but rest assured we move quickly to get your shoes from the factory to the crag (or gym) as soon as possible.
Why is my order still showing as Processing?
This is normal for pre-orders. Your order will remain in Processing while your shoes are being produced and shipped to us. As soon as they arrive in Canada, weโll get them packed up and on their way to you.
Pre-order Return Policy
All pre-ordered climbing shoes are final sale.
Because these shoes are produced specifically to fulfill customer orders, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
