Ptarmigan Connect bridges the online-to-offline gap by displaying local availability on our brand's website to drive foot-traffic and in-store sales at partner retailers.

You can also enable auto-reorder β€” this automates buying processes, saving your store time and eliminating stock gaps.

NOTE: Currently available for UnParallel Sports Canada Retailers only.

Pre-Requisites

Depending on your platform, we will need a few pre-requisites. Please refer to the linked documentation for instructions on how you can obtain some of these prerequisites.

  • Barcodes (from the boxes) must be added to your product listings

  • API Name

  • API Key Username

Submitting an Activation Request

  1. If your store's platform is supported, you can submit a request by clicking on "Activation Request" in the pop-up on the bottom right of your screen.

  2. If you do not see this pop-up, please reach out to support by clicking the messenger button on the bottom right and providing your store's information.
