Overview
An API Key from RGP is a pre-requisite for Requesting Ptarmigan Connect Activation. Please follow the steps below to generate your API Key. Please keep this secure and do not share this key with anyone freely.
Generating an API Key
Login to RGP Cloud Dashboard as a Cloud Org Admin
Click on "API Keys" and select "New API Key"
If you have multiple locations, you can create a single API Key that works for all facilities, this is our preference as it simplifies things
Once you've created your API Key, take note of the Name, Username and API Key to submit a Ptarmigan Connect Activation Request.ptar
